Paulie Gee's Pizza & Mike's Hot Honey: You cannot go wrong

With their cheese imported from Italy, this was pizza that was worth the wait. I went on a cold evening in Feb and the wait was one hour. They recommend having it fresh out of the oven so dine in only. For meat lovers, the HELLBOY is a MUST - it has fresh mozzarella, italian tomatoes, soppressata picante, and mike's hot honey which gives it a kick. I had the Regina but added Mike's Hot Honey... which also added the right amount of flavor. The restaurant in Brooklyn gives cozy yet rustic vibes. Best part is, Paulie Gee himself came by our table to ask how we liked the pizza <3
